How We Operate

Transparency | Honesty | Trust ( a couple points about the way we operate)

- Passwords we are privy too, unless told otherwise, are kept securely and all devices and access to such is double passworded.

- You retain access to your own information; at any time you can request a copy of all passwords and sales data on file

- If hard drive is older than 3 years we recommend it be changed out and towers every 6 years.

- Shop Rate: $120/hour (charities are discounted) After 8-5 and weekends X 1.5 and X 2 on Stats

- No Long Term Contracts: If we are doing our job enabling you to do yours we'll both continue in a win/win fashion. 30 DAY Cancellation notice is appreciated.

- Invoices are emailed out

- Orders over $100 prepaid

- Prebill / post bill: as we are billed we bill

- Remote connections: we always give notice!
